PDFtoTXT.net provides online OCR processing for PDFs and images. This page explains, in simple terms, how uploaded files and basic usage data are handled.

Files you upload

Uploaded files are used only to provide the OCR conversion result. The service processes files automatically and returns OCR output such as TXT and PDF files.

Email address

If you enter an email address, it is used to send or provide access to your OCR result link.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. PDFtoTXT.net does not store your card details.

File retention

Uploaded files and results should not be treated as permanent storage. We may delete files and generated results after processing or after a limited retention period.
